# The patient visited the clinic seeking correction for a bulbous nose. While a bulbous nose was traditionally seen as a sign of good fortune in Korea, many people now seek improvement because it can give a blunt or heavy impression.
# We determined that a satisfying nose line could be achieved by refining the tip to look slimmer while raising and smoothing the bridge line.
# Since the columella area appeared significantly recessed, we planned to improve this part to add more dimension to the face!

# There are various types of bulbous noses: 1. Thick skin, 2. Thick soft tissue (subcutaneous fat, etc.), 3. Spread and wide cartilage. Since these factors usually occur in combination, it is best to correct each factor appropriately. We sculpted the skin and soft tissue to be thinner and gathered the cartilage to create a sharp, sleek shape.
# We achieved an ideal nasal tip angle. The tip looks much more pointed and defined when the nasolabial angle is properly supported. The importance of the nasolabial angle cannot be overemphasized!
# With the nose improved, the patient’s overall impression has transformed into a more sophisticated look! I am glad that the desired nose shape harmonizes so well with her entire face. ^^
